At Flyances, we provide a comprehensive end-to-end service, covering everything from mold engraving and die-casting to edge polishing and rigorous quality inspection. This full-process control reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, allowing us to confidently offer a 60-day after-sales warranty on all shipped products.
We strictly refrain from using recycled waste or non-eco-friendly materials. We firmly believe that our commitment will contribute to a better and more sustainable planet.

About Factories
Metal Facility
Raw Materials: This is our metal fabrication facility, where we manufacture high-quality products using materials such as zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper, iron, and aluminum.
Team: Our facility is powered by a team of over 50 skilled workers. Among them, 32 have over five years of industry experience, 16 have surpassed the 10-year mark, and five are seasoned veterans with more than 20 years in the field.
Facilities: Our production capacity is supported by a robust lineup of machinery, including 4 die-casting machines, 6 polishing machines, and 5 stamping presses. We’ve also incorporated automation with 9 automatic coloring machines and 3 UV printers. For precision tooling, we operate 15 mold engraving machines, supplemented by 5 deburring machines to guarantee a flawless finish.
Headwear and Embroidery Facility
This is our headwear and embroidery facility. Here, we specialize in the production of custom baseball caps, featuring high-quality 3D embroidery and precision stitching.
Team: Our 16-member core R&D team is led by two senior pattern-making experts with 25 years of experience in ET System, supported by a sewing crew with over two decades of professional expertise.
Facilities: We operate 4 production hubs with a dedicated team of over 150 and 12 strategic partner factories, achieving a massive monthly output of 1.8 million caps. Supported by 12 accessory suppliers and 6 agile task forces for small-batch customization, we combine advanced automation with rigorous quality control to deliver excellence at any scale.
PVC and Silicone Facility
Our Silicone & PVC production hub: Dedicated to the professional manufacturing of custom PVC and silicone series.
Team: Our 16-member core R&D team is led by two senior pattern-making experts with 25 years of experience in ET System, supported by a sewing crew with over two decades of professional expertise.
Facilities: We operate 4 production hubs with a dedicated team of over 150 and 12 strategic partner factories, achieving a massive monthly output of 1.8 million caps. Supported by 12 accessory suppliers and 6 agile task forces for small-batch customization, we combine advanced automation with rigorous quality control to deliver excellence at any scale.
Acrylic Facility
This is our dedicated acrylic facility, where we produce a wide range of custom items—from awards to displays. We combine precision laser cutting with high-quality UV printing to deliver crystal-clear results.
